He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Cushing and Mary Cushing (Kaiser); his wife Sharon Cushing (Shafer); his brother John W. Cushing; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Rosselot, Joe Johnson, Charles Behymer, Jr. and Preach.
He is survived by: his sister Carol Rosselot (Sheridan); and his sister-in-law Margret Cushing (O'Neal).
