He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Brooks, and Emma Jean Brooks, Sr. (Settles); and his siblings, John L. Brooks, Jr. and Ramona Coleman. He is survived by: his sons, Noah Manning-Brooks of Maysville and Jackson Corns of Kentucky; his brothers, Baron Brooks of Dayton, Vincent Brooks of Cosby and Randy Brooks of Maysville, Kentucky; his close friend Dan Paeltz of Ripley, Ohio; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cahall Funeral Home (1011 S 2nd St, Ripley, OH 45167). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
