He was predeceased by: his father Donald M. Hoffman, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Helen Hoffman (Weser); his wife Julia (Kesterson); his daughters, Katie Monroe (John) of Charleston and Krista Hartley (Steven) of Evans; his grandchildren, Max Monroe, Amelia Monroe, Ava Bratton and Aliza Bratton; and his brother Donald M. Hoffman, Jr. (Elaine) of Vincent.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of John to Epworth United Methodist Church in Ripley or the Jackson County Community Foundation in Ripley.
