He is survived by: his parent Barbara Polley of Ripley; his children, Amy Graff (Quintin) of Flemingsburg, Meagan Arms (Jeremy) of Winchester, Kentucky and Kenneth Polley of Winchester, Kentucky; his granddaughters, Victoria and Madison Graff; and his brothers, Dan Polley of Ripley, David Polley of Kansas and Donald Polley of Ripley.
