He is survived by: his wife Shirley Luke (Simpson); his daughter Kris Frye of Maysville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ryan, Blake, Emma and Elijah Frye; his siblings, Betty Malott of Amelia, Ohio and William Luke (Pete) of San Antonio, Texas; and his half-brother Tom Hopper of Hamersville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
