She was predeceased by: her parent Elbert "Bert"; her son James Phillips; and her siblings, Leo "Bert" Edwards and Annabelle Edwards. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Edwards (White); her son John Phillips of Mt; her daughters-in-law, Valerie Phillips and Diana Phillips; her grandchildren, Chris Phillips (Renee) of Cincinnati, Jennifer Phillips of Ripley, Justin Phillips (Becky) of Georgetown, Benjamin Phillips (Aundie) of Ripley and Caitlin Phillips of Cincinnati; and also Orab. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
