He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer E. and Ina Thacker, Sr. (Riley); his wife Linda L. Thacker (Rossman); and his brother Warner Thacker. He is survived by: his children, Scott W. Thacker (Melissa) of Hillsboro, Ohio and Melissa Kroger. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
