He is survived by: his spouse Rayve Lee Lightner; his daughters, Janet Butler (Tim) of Maysville, Charlotte Clark (Alan) of Columbus and Cassandra Mitchell (Ryan) of Ripley, Ohio; and his siblings, Virginia Dunkin of Georgetown, Ohio, Regina Boone (Doug) of Georgetown, Ohio, Reggie Lightner (Mindy) of Ripley, Ohio. and Billy Lightner (Jane) of Ripley, Ohio.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
