He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Davis and Lena Davis (Marks); his wife Judy Davis (Coleman); his sons, Jerry Lee Davis and Darrell Dee Davis; his grandchildren, Houston Brown and Amber Dees; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Davis, Larry Davis and Jim Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Davis of Aberdeen, Angela Davis of Dayton, Melissa Davis of Carlisle, Carissa Schwartzburg (David) of Georgetown and Christina Davis of Georgetown, Ohio; and his brother Lowell Davis of Ripley, Ohio.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
