She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blake and Bessie Rebecca Hedges (Adams); her husband Lawrence J. "Rusty" Russell; her brother Kim Hedges; and her nephew Eric Hedges.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca "Becky" Russell-Gilliam of Ripley, Ohio and John Lawrence Russell (Kathy) of Niceville, Florida; her grandchildren, Nicholas Chase Russell of Niceville, Cassey Marie Lee (Matthew) of Vanceburg and Cody Blake Gilliam (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Ethan Blake Swearingen-Lee, Nolan Ryan Lee, Samuel Blake Gilliam, Jameson Carter Gilliam and Lucas Ryan Johnson; and her brother Terry Hedges of Ripley, Ohio..
