He was predeceased by: his father Grover Polley; and his siblings, Mary Polley, Jerald and James Polley. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Polley (Hauke) of Ripley; and his brothers, Dan Polley of Ripley and David Polley of Nickerson, Kansas. He is also survived by uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
During the memorial visitation and funeral Mass, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings are required.
