He was predeceased by: his parents, Warder Cooper and Elsie Mae Cooper (Boone); and his brothers, Bobby Joe and Richard Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Whitney Bacca of Batavia, Dakota Cooper of Maysville and Shalee Brewer of Belmont, Ohio; and his sister Wanda Otto of Mt. Orab, Ohio.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
