He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Whisman; his children, Crystal Moninger (Nicholas) of Reading, Melissa Whisman of Georgetown, Elizabeth Whisman of Georgetown and Charles "Chuck" Whisman, Jr. of Maysville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Ronald Whisman of Texas, Connie Sebree (Stanley) of Georgetown, Tom Whisman (Debbie) of Hamersville, William Whisman (Teresa) of Wahlsburg, June Wilcox of Cincinnati, Lorena Jean Frazier (Elmer) of Georgetown and Dennis Whisman (Kim) of Mt. Orab, Ohio.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
