He was predeceased by: his father Richard Blackburn; his sister Laura Moffett; and his stepfather John Speed. He is survived by: his mother Marianne Trapp Speed of Ripley; his siblings, Pat McMahon (Pam) of Batavia, Julie Blackburn (Mike) of Ripley, Rick Blackburn (Whitney) of Ripley, Michael Blackburn of Ripley, Chad Blackburn of Ripley and Carrie Sprague (Joe) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his stepsiblings, Kristi Scheek of Ripley, Jenny Krack (Randy) of Dayton, Mark Speed (Kandice) of Dayton and Kerry Speed (Karen) of Melbourne, Florida; and his half-brothers, Dusty Doyle and Jordan Brooks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
