He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Osborn and Jussie Wicker Osborn; his former wife Edna Osborn; his wife Patricia Osborn; and his siblings, Betty Wehrly and Jerry Wayne Osborn.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Robert Douglas Roar, Donald Ray McDaniels, Priscilla Lynn Russell-Hicks and Connie Sue Erwin; his grandchildren, Edna Lemaster, Jasper Byron Lemaster, Nathaniel Ryan Lemaster and Brittany Desarae Sprouse; his great grandchildren, Taylor Sprouse and Raylen Sprouse; and his sisters, Patricia Craft of Sardinia, OH and Sandra Jones of Ripley, OH.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
