She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hauke and Opal Hauke (Regenstein); her husband Grover Polley; and her children, David, Donald, James, Gerald Polley and Mary Polley.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Polley (Angie) of Ripley, Ohio; and her siblings, Rosemary Mahoney of Cincinnati, Ohio, Dennis Hauke (Joyce) of Ripley, Donald Hauke of Russellville and Bill Hauke (Barb) of Lexington. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
