It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ashley Hoover of Ripley, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Raymond and Marlene Westgerdes; and her uncle Joe Woods. She is survived by: her mother Caryl Westgerdes of Ripley, Ohio; her son Haiden Landree Carawan; her sisters, Tara Hoover of Columbus and Shelby Spradling of New Richmond, Ohio; her aunts, Robin Westgerdes of Ripley, Beth Severeid of Amelia and Mary Ann Westgerdes of Ripley, Ohio; her nieces, Shayde, Kennedy and Skarlett; her nephew Caleb; and her cousins, Lakin, Raymond, Ryan, Courtney, Cordell and Layne.

During the visitation and memorial service, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings are required.
