He was predeceased by: his parents, Terri Lewis of Vanceburg, KY and Roy Boone of Georgetown, OH.; his brother Daniel Boone of Louisville, Kentucky; and his stepfather Ronald Lewis of Vanceburg, KY.. He is survived by: his wife Christina Boone of Ripley, OH.; his children, Joseph Boone (Hana) of Cincinnati, OH. and Paige Hicks (Tyler) of Yuma, AZ.; his grandchildren, Everlee and Camryn; his sister Gena Ginn of Maysville, KY.; his stepmother Debbie Boone of Maysville, KY.; and his parents-in-law, Billy, Barbra Lainhart of Ripley, OH, Jerry and Brenda Day. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
