We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2022, at the age of 64, Kimberly J. (Allen) Stout of Rio Grande, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. "Bob" Allen and Barbara Crabtree Allen. She is survived by: her husband Richard Stout; her sons, Travus Stout (Megan) of Jackson and David Stout (Whitney Gealy) of Cincinnati, Ohio; her grandsons, Dylan Reed Stout and Tucker Allen Stout; her sisters, Karen Jones (Deryl) of Rio Grande and Kristen Day (Ernie) of Rio Grande; her sisters-in-law, Darlene Halley of Gallipolis, Debbie Williams of Charleston, Denise Barry (Pete) of Rio Grande, Carolyn Loveday (Walter) of Bidwell and Angela Owens (A. J.) of Rio Grande; her friends, Doris and Roy Wilkins; and her pet Eleanor. She is also survived by special friends and co-workers.
