Carter of Rio Grande, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Merrill Carter and Marguerite Pitchford Carter. He is survived by: his daughter Braunlyn Call (Steven) of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandchildren, Gracin and Carter Call; his brother David Carter (Cecilia) of Patriot; and his pet Princess.
