It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Eugene Withee of Rio Grande, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Withee and Mildred Eskew Withee; and his brother Jim Withee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hazel Duffy; his sister Elaine Laverack (Jerry); his sons, Matthew Withee (Lisa) and Kevin Withee; his grandchildren, Heather Withee (Billy), Andrea Galloway (Bobby), James Bower and Timothy Bower; his great grandchildren, Amelia Galloway and Freyja Bower; and his friends, Chris Dodson, Rick Shaddeau and Alex Pope. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
