He is survived by: his wife Janet Storms (Mercer); his children, Patricia Horsley (Gary), Amanda Riley (Shawn) of Beaver, Randi Stewart of Nicholasville, Tonya Traylor (Jerry) of Gallipolis, Kara Smith (Shane) of Point Pleasant, Bryan Beaver (Cheri) of Rio Grande and Casey McClelland (Elisa) of Port Richey, Florida; his siblings, Barbara Peterson (Mike) of Bellefontaine, Sharon Carr (Dale) of Point Pleasant and Kenneth Storms of Coalton, Ohio; his siblings-in-law, Marie Hall (Vernon) of Columbus, Ohio and Tim Trout (Dineena) of South Point; and his close friends, Chuck Richards, Barbara Richards of Rio Grande, Steve Durst of Gallipolis and Denica Robinson of Rio Grande. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
