Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Price Funeral Home (225 W Taylor St, Mt Victory, OH 43340). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations in Phil's honor may be made to Kobacker House via the funeral home.
