We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2021, at the age of 44, Ora Thomas Payne Jr. of Ridgeway, Ohio, born in Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles O. and Dorcas Payne. He is survived by: his parents, Ora Thomas "Tom" and Conneetta Payne (Henry); his wife Mollie Payne (Miller); his daughters, Shelby Payne of Bellefontaine, Tommi Jo Payne (TJ) of Ridgeway and Harley Payne of Ridgeway; his grandchildren, Adan Lane and Kennedy Rector; his sister Lindsay McCafferty (Shaun) of Urbana; his grandmother Carol Sue Grow of West Mansfield; and his parents-in-law, Greg and Connie Miller of West Liberty. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and other extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family for the girl's college expenses in care of the funeral home.
