He was predeceased by: his father John Fisher; his daughter Terry Lynn; and his sister Miriam Fisher. He is survived by: his children, Laura Wallace (Richard) and John Brian Fisher (Kristy); and his grandchildren, Paige Fisher, Brianne Fisher, Haley Fisher, Melissa Lopez, Roman Lopez, Kristi Comstock, Amanda Iiams (Jordan), Tara Peloquin and Josh Peloquin. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Lewis' honor may be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation or Interim Hospice.
