It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James A. Cook of Ridgeway, Ohio, born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Chester Cook, III and Janet Patterson; his stepfather Eugene Patterson; his children, Sydney Cook of Dayton and Nicolas Cook of Dayton; his fiancée Misty Vore of Ridgeway; his fiancée's children, Cory Miller and Alyssa Vore; his brothers, Mark Aaron Cook (Jane) of Cowpens, SC and Paul Adam Cook (Amy) of Orlando, FL; and his niece Zakiyah.
