He is survived by: his wife Valeria C. Spence; his children, Benjamin Givens of Russells Point, Justin Givens (Alivia Griffith) of Bellefontaine, Jessica Wreede (Colton) of Ridgeway and Lilith Givens of Ridgeway; his grandchildren, Daniel, Rayne, Lewis, Axle, Wyatt, Wade, Winston, Lila and Kamaria; and his siblings, JoAnna Eaton of West Liberty, Cindy Harris (Steve) of DeGraff, Gary Simmons of Bellefontaine, Toni Schrader (Robert) of Rushsylvania, Shirley Hawkins (Fred) of Lima, Mike Sumney of Lima, Mike Spence (Mary) of Rushsylvania, Eva Adams (Gary) of Lima, Susan Slagle (Robert) of Buckeye Lake and Herb Schrader of Rushsylvania. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
