We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2022, at the age of 69, Susan Jane Hicks of Richwood, Ohio, born in Marion, Ohio passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpha Clarence and Wilma Faye Emmons (Shirk); and her brothers, James, Larry and Calvin Emmons.

She is survived by: her husband William Joe Hicks; her children, Angela Schuster of LaRue, William Hicks Jr. of Marion, Tamara Hicks of Marion and Zona Caskey of Marion; her grandchildren, Brian Schuster II, Lucas Schuster, JD Jones, Tressie Hicks, Cody Piersol, Brianna Caskey and Bayley Caskey; and her siblings, Sharon Bell of Marion, Carol Amos of Marion and Mike Emmons of Marion. She is also survived by the many nieces, nephews and friends.
