He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen A. Evans (Lyon); his parents, Robert Evans and Hazel Evans; his siblings, June Stevenson (Verl) and Larry Evans (Sue); his daughter-in-law Pam Evans; his children, Jeff (Patti), Mark Evans and Shelley Powers (Tom); his grandchildren, Carmen Heller (Seth), Ian, Chase (Nicole), Nathan (Rachel), Heidi, Abby, Drake, Kourtney and Kyleigh Powers; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Asher, Olivia, Zoe and Sophie.
In addition, Bob gave his time to various community efforts, serving as Union County Foundation Chairman, and a member of the Richwood Library Board and Richwood Lions Club.
