He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh James and Tenah Ridge (Emans); and his son Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hall; and his children, Thomas Ridge (Desiree) and Janet Sue Walker (Richard). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
