She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph G Mowery; her son Guy C. Mowery; her brother Edward Schambs IV; her sister-in-law Lucille Schambs; her friend James K. Thompson; and her parents, Edward Andrew Schambs Jr. and Gay Josephine Schambs (Cramer).
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Mowery (Alison) of Delaware and Lisa Martin (Mike) of Richwood; her grandchildren, Natalie Campbell (Samuel), Melissa Gray (Michael), Adam Mowery (Sarah), Laura Mowery, Kelly Dobyns (Jeremy) and Philip Mowery; and her sisters-in-law, Esther Anderson and Anita Davis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
