He is survived by: his wife Catherine Schultz (Adams); his daughters, Cheryal Haas of Powell and Christina Justus (G. O.) of Plain City; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Maggie Haas, Avery, Owen, Elliott and Eli Hecht; his siblings, Carolyn Nunez of Winona Lake, Janet Guiley (Gene) of Canton, Glenn Schultz (Judy) of Richwood and Wayne Schultz (Barbara) of Richwood; and his sisters-in-law, Marie Schultz of Richwood, Judy Schultz of Prospect and Barbara Schultz of Radnor.
