She was predeceased by: her father Paul E. "Curly" Newman; and her brother Fred Newman. She is survived by: her children, Barb Phillips (Lesley) and George Eldon Bump, Jr. (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Aaron Bowden (Mary), David Phillips (Amber), Matthew Phillips (Shalee), Lesley Phillips III, Chelsey Phillips, Marissa Yost (Tyler), Breanna Phillips, Christopher Pike, Cheyenna Pike, Josh Young, Andy Young and Samantha Young; and her sister Lee Newman-Armstrong (Bob). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
