He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray H. Harraman and Leona M. Zachariah (Daniels); his sister Janet A. Brown; and his grandson Brian Beaumont. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas R. Harraman (Sharon) of Richwood and Steven E. Harraman of Columbus; and his sisters, Rayda M. Reese of Richwood and Teresa A. Zachariah (Robert "Pops" Hawke) of Richwood. He is also survived by three grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
