Juzwiak (Stephany) of Kimbolton; his grandchildren, Arian and Raylan; his siblings, Jim Juzwiak (Suzanne) of Richwood, Kathy Bowen of Richwood and Laurie Juzwiak-Khumauksorn of Delaware; and his sister-in-law Janet Juzwiak of Jacobsburg Many. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews and extended family Friends.
