He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Sutherly and Glesna Sutherly (Iams); his spouse Ola P. Sutherly (Lockwood); and his siblings, Steve Sutherly and Lenore Kempeton.
He is survived by: his son Mark Sutherly of Richwood; and his siblings, Harold Sutherly of Ada, David Sutherly of Bellefontaine, Dwight Sutherly of Hermitage, TN and Karen Connolly of Lima. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
