He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sheldon Kramp and Flora Kramp; his former wife Esther Fae Wilson; his spouse Lorrain Shelton; his friend Thanksgiving; his sons, Jeff (Marcy) and Doug (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Tanner, Katie, Peyton, Brian and David; his stepchildren, Thomas Shelton (Debra), Robert Shelton (Diana), Vicki Shelton White and Melissa Shelton Bartlett (Charlie); his grandchildren, Blake, Luke, Landon, Thomas, Rachael, Sarah, Jake, Mason, Brad, Ashley and Reed; and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Thomas and Scottie.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made in Harley's name to the American Diabetes Association.
