He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Price and Lenore Price (Cahill); and his brothers, Glenn, Howard, Arthur and Gene Price.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Price (Houk); his children, Teresa Gosser of Columbus, Gale Price of Janesville and Gene Price (Teri) of Marion; his grandchildren, Matthew Rado (Caroline), Amanda Rado (Stuart Lightfoot), Michael Rado (Erika), Isabelle Gosser, Gale William Price and Arthur John Price; and his great grandchildren, Henry Rado-Lightfoot, Estella Rado-Lightfoot, Oscar Lightfoot, Cecily Rado, Beatrice Rado and Joan Rado.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home (201 S Franklin St, Richwood, OH 43344). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
