He is survived by: his wife Rita Lou Headington Parker (Rubeck); his son Joseph R. Parker (Kelly) of Hudson; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Shannon, David Tyburski, Jackson and Chole Parker.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home (201 S Franklin St, Richwood, OH 43344). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
