She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Chastity L. Fogle; and her siblings, Jim Craig, Bobb Craig, Edith Baker, Twila Hines, Dorothy Fryman and Joan Britenstine.
She is survived by: her spouse John Thomas Bevis; her daughters, Doris Fogle (Rocky) of Green Camp and Diana Warwick (Terry) of Richwood; her grandchildren, Melissa Fogle, Brian Fogle, Stacy Nease (Joel) and Mike Warwick (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Stormie Crum (Derek), Autumn Brown, Bayley Allen, Jaylyn Fogle, Lillian Fogle, Owen Warwick and Julia Warwick; her great great grandchildren, Jayden Crum, Layne Crum, Kinley Campbell, Oakley Campbell, Jaxson Shelton and Ella Allen; and her sisters, Ruth Ullmer (Jack) of New Bloomington, Ruby Phipps (Jr) and Green Camp.
