He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Culwell (Carpenter); his children, Scott Culwell (Jeanna) of Raymond, Shelly Crumley II (Charles) of St. Marys, Earl Hall of Marysville, Cheryl Teel of Richwood, Vicki LeMaster (Michael Murray) of Powell and Annette Straw of Richwood; and his grandchildren, Dustin, Johnathan Culwell, Aimee Mercer, Angel, Matthew McCormick, Jeffrey II, Jennifer LeMaster, Glenn Jolliff, Jochlyn Kokas (Christian) and Thirteen. He is also survived by Thirteen great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
