He was predeceased by: his parents, Glennard G. Neel and D. Pauline Neel (Fryman); his wife Pam (Kaelber); his siblings, Harold Neel and Barbara Schultz; and his brother-in-law Richard Schultz.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Mishler (Todd) and Shawn Neel; his grandchildren, Cody Neel (Madi), Emma Mishler and Eli Mishler; and his sister-in-law Juanita Neel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
