He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Eyerman and Miriam Eyerman (Coe); his sons, Jacob Eyerman and Luke Eyerman; and his granddaughter Bernadette Eyerman.

He is survived by: his son Jesse Eyerman (Gabriela); and his siblings, Stephen Eyerman (Barbara), Elaine Eyerman and Annette Rausch (Rodney).

In remembrance of Dave's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to March of Dimes.
