He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther L. Laughrey and Mildred Laverne Laughrey (DeBolt); and his brothers, Luther Jr., Alfred and Gail Laughrey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Faith Mount (Rick) of Mt. Victory, Jill Kirby (Mike) of Richwood and Joni Hunt (Terry) of Delaware; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Mount (Joyce), Kyle Anne Lee (Chad), Abby Widman (Chris), Billy Mount (Alison), Kacy Kirby, Karmon Dorsey (Alex), Kayne Kirby (Kathleen), Levi Williamson (Tesa), Chaise Williamson (Danielle), Breck Williamson (Megan) and Blare Garrison (Mallory).
