She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelson George "Kelly" and Virginia T. Southard (Tilton). She is survived by: her son Richard "Rusty" Hoover; her siblings, Robert E. Southard and Rebecca Sue Monroe; her close friend Davis of Richwood; and her siblings, Shirley Ann Ketzler (Tom) of Edgerton and Kay Coder (John) of Marion. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
