It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cinda M. Speakman (Richwood, Ohio), born in Greenup, Kentucky, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Boone Nelson and Luemma Nelson (Williams); her husband Ray Speakman; and her siblings, Merlin 'Muck Nelson, Henry 'Shorty Nelson, George 'Bud Nelson, Sarah Perrin, Mary Daniels and Norma Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Ivan Speakman (Lana) of Richwood and Lloyd Speakman (Teresa) of Florida; and her sister Marie Fuson of Florida. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
