He is survived by: his niece Beth Short (John Besch); his nephew Doug Short (April); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel (Chris), Sarah (Jack) and Brooklynn Short; his nephew Chad Burnside (Michelle); his great-nephews, Andrew and Caleb; his nephew Matt Burnside (Kieu); his great-niece Anna; his nieces and nephews, Madison Short Lawson (Aaron), Jim Fish and Mike Fish; and his friend Church.
