He is survived by: his children, Yayon Chapman (Steve) of Apex, NC, Pam Dell of Reynoldsburg, OH, Sean Smith (Sandy) and Wendy Kirkpatrick (Scott) of Hickory, NC; his grandchildren, Tom Rees (Kelly), Jerusha Rees, Stephanie Baughan (Jimmy), Patricia Kirkpatrick, Clinton Chapman (Terri) and Tristan Kirkpatrick (Mel); and his great grandchildren, Ariel, Brianna, Lucia, Tessa, Mitchell, Vincent, Malachi and Stanley.
