With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Blackburn (Richmond, Ohio), born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on April 11, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Blackburn and Ida Mae Blackburn (Delaney); his brothers, Ralph and Paul Blackburn; and his brother-in-law Charles Campbell.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy Blackburn (Warren); his children, Todd Blackburn and Babette Blackburn; his sisters, Ruth Campbell and Alice Hyde (John); and his close friends, Steve, Kleiner, Gene Brown, Danny Vojvodich and Gary Moffat. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
