He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Marie (Harnett) and Harold Miletus Amy. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Ann Ruzga; his wife Pamela A. Amy of Richmond; his children, Erin E. Smith (Jeffrey) of Orwell, Ohio and Justin M. Amy of Cranesville; and his brother Allan M. Amy (Cathy) of Mantua.
